Y’all Means All
This campaign was created as a way for businesses and organizations in Ashland and the surrounding areas to show their support for ALL citizens and to provide a way for those organizations to show, proudly, that they are welcoming, affirming, and non-discriminatory.
Every organization who signs the pledge receives a Y’all Means All decal for their door, is added to our online database (in progress), and are the first to be invited to new programs such as our Safe Zone Trainings and Pronoun Button Program.
The Pledge
“Our organization pledges to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for people— including employees, visitors, customers, vendors and clients—regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religion or disability.
We also pledge not to discriminate against any individuals or deny them goods or services based on any of these characteristics, and to provide goods and services to everyone on the same terms.”
