Call to Order
A public meeting of Ashland Kentucky Pride was held on January 4th, 2026 at the Midland Branch of the Boyd Co Public Library. It began at 1:38 pm and was presided over by Jenee Kesling with Jenee Kesling as secretary.

Approval of minutes
Jenee made a motion to accept the meeting minutes for the month of December. Taylor seconded. Motion approved.
Treasurer's Report
Jenee made a motion to receive the treasurer’s report for the month of December. Taylor seconded. Motion approved.

New Business
Sean's Statement
Sean submitted his resignation from the board. His term would have ended in February anyway and this position puts him in an awkward situation with his patients
Taylor’s Statement
Taylor will be resigning from the Treasurer position as of the end of her term, Feb 1.
