Absent: Holly (she/her), Elliot (he/they), Sophie (they/them, she/her), Lu (she/her), Heather (she/her, Kasheena (she/her)


Did not meet quorum. Approvals and agenda items will be moved to next month.

Old Business:

  • Fundraising/Sponsorship requests

  • Y’all Means All 

  • Safe Zone Training 

  • Community Survey

  • Pride Picnic venue/date change

    • We need to get a date set and move forward asap

  • Found Family planning

New Business:

  • Holigay- dec found family

    • Cookies and cocoa 

  • Board meeting on Jan, 11th 2025

    • All board members must attend

    • Go over the structure of the organization

    • Go over the bylaws 

    • We absolutely need a new treasurer

    • Delegation 

    • Making committees and assigning people who would be good for the job
